PbOmega CRM is a Merkle Dentsu company, leader in development of Customer Experience services, with +20 years of experience in the use of Technology applied to Marketing and providing a unique Customer Relationship with mainly focus on Innovation is looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer. /b /ppbr/ppbr/ppbResponsibilities /b /ppbr/pulliAnalyze requirements. /liliParticipate in the technical design of projects. /liliProvide effort estimations for projects. /liliWork collaboratively with the Omega team and/or the client’s team to help achieve project objectives. /liliAnalyze and optimize application performance. /liliIdentify potential technical risks in the project and propose alternative solutions. /liliCollaborate with technology providers when required by the project. /liliDocument processes and track system performance metrics. /liliValidate and test the technical solution against business requirements. /liliTrain end users on the developed functionality and proper use of the software applications. /liliImplement the latest technological advancements and solutions. /liliEnsure compliance with the software quality standards established by Omega's Technical Management. /liliGenerate technical documentation for completed projects. /liliActively contribute to the training and development of other team members. /liliCollaborate in Omega's community of practice, providing thought leadership, training, and mentoring to other collaborators to develop technical capabilities. /liliEvaluate and recommend products and systems that drive technological innovation. /liliProvide support to the sales and functional team in assigned accounts when technical knowledge of the solution is required: Solution design, estimation, and assumptions. /liliSupport the Project Manager / Delivery Manager in technical leadership on the project. /liliDetect and notify risks in the technical management of project/client profitability. /liliEnsure the smooth progress of the project in terms of Scope, Schedule, and Costs. /liliEnsure the fulfillment of the project's technical objectives. /liliSupervise the effort estimations of the development and support team during the testing phase of a project. /liliCollaborate with the PM/DM in project demos for the client. /liliIdentify possible technical Up Cross Selling opportunities. /li /ulpbr/ppbr/ppbKnowledge / Experience /b /ppbr/pulliDegree in Computer Engineering or a similar technology-related field. /liliAt least 3 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer. /liliExperience developing solutions on Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud in the Salesforce ecosystem.
