We are looking for an
Integrator Engineer
to join a leading international group specializing in
insurance software and digital transformation
. This role focuses on integrating and configuring enterprise insurance solutions for clients across Europe, ensuring high‐quality delivery and smooth system operation.

What you will do
Configure, integrate, and adapt insurance software components to meet client requirements.
Support the implementation of core insurance systems across multiple markets.
Analyze functional specifications and translate them into technical integration tasks.
Collaborate with development, product, and consulting teams to ensure seamless delivery.
Troubleshoot complex integration issues, ensuring system stability and performance.
Participate in data migration, interface development, and end‐to‐end solution rollout.
Communicate proactively with technical and business stakeholders.
Provide support during testing phases (SIT, UAT) and assist in production deployments.
What we're looking for
Experience as
Integrator Engineer
, System Integrator, Technical Consultant, or similar.
Knowledge of the
insurance sector in Spain.
Technical background in IT integration, APIs, workflows, data mapping or middleware.
Ability to analyze and understand both functional and technical documentation.
Fluent English

Responsibilities
Own the electrical and electronic system integration of unmanned aerial systems, including wiring and harness design, electrical architecture, and physical integration.
Design and continuously improve wiring harnesses (routing, shielding, grounding, connectors, installation constraints).
Create and maintain electrical documentation: drawings, wiring diagrams, ICDs, specifications, configurations.
Plan and execute electrical testing at component, subsystem, and system level.
Support system integration, ground testing, and flight testing, including hands‐on troubleshooting.
Perform root‐cause analysis and drive corrective and preventive actions.
Maintain technical documentation in line with internal processes and applicable aviation standards.
Perform electrical assembly, integration, and rework to support testing activities.
Manage and coordinate with avionics, electronics, and harness suppliers.
Take ownership of system design for assigned electrical/electronic systems throughout the product lifecycle.
Contribute to continuous improvement of engineering processes and design standards.
Support certification and compliance activities.
Contribute to design‐for‐manufacturing and design‐for‐maintenance activities for electrical systems and harnesses.
Your Profile
Higher education in Electrical Engineering, Avionics Engineering, Systems Engineering, or equivalent.
Alternatively: solid technical training (e.G., Aircraft Electronics Technician) with relevant experience.
5+ years of experience
in electrical/electronics/avionics/system integration engineering.
Strong experience in electrical and harness design, manufacturing support, assembly, and testing.
Proficiency with at least one major electrical CAD/ECAD tool for schematics, wiring, or harness design.
Experience in high‐quality and safety‐critical environments (aviation, automotive, medical devices, rail, etc.).
Hands‐on mindset with strong troubleshooting and problem‐solving abilities.
High degree of adaptability and flexibility in a dynamic environment.
Strong communication skills and ability to work cross‐discipline.
Fluent English (written and spoken).
Experience with M365 tools (SharePoint, Outlook, Teams).
Strong ownership mentality and proactive attitude.
Nice to Have
Experience in regulated environments;
relevant certificationsor licenses are a plus.
Experience in software integration, configuration, or basic programming (avionics or embedded systems).
Experience with PCB design, layout, and manufacturing support.
Experience with Jira and Confluence.
