Tasks
- Uploading and updating vacation, absence, onboarding, and offboarding files in the system.
- Preparation of files and reports.
- Monitoring daily clock-in/out incidents.
- Administrative support for the tool.
- Participation in improvements to the operating system.
- Support to other departments regarding attendance control.
Your Profile
- Vocational Training in Administration and Finance or related fields.
- At least two years of experience in an administrative role.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Efficiency in data processing.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- High level of English is a plus.
