Job Description: Life Cycle Consultant
As a Life Cycle Consultant, you will promote and sell the Service Product Portfolio to existing customers. Your role includes consulting customers on operation efficiency improvements and material flow optimization (including software) to support new business for service product sales, in collaboration with the New Business sales team. You will also set up and maintain the country-based annual sales and marketing plan.
You will act as a brand ambassador by embodying the Kardex Remstar Core Values in every interaction with customers and colleagues. Additionally, you will represent the Life Cycle Service department at customer sites across the country.
Responsibilities
1. Sell modifications of service contract coverage.
2. Sell technical upgrades.
3. Project a professional company image through phone interactions.
4. Prepare quotations for service coverage upgrades, technical upgrades, part kits, and moves (with complete information from Project Management).
5. Follow the sales process, including recontacting customers via CRM.
6. Provide weekly activity reports.
7. Visit customers sporadically to present service product contracts and upgrade solutions.
8. Prepare lessons learned meetings and report insights back to the organization, focusing on customer needs and expectations related to the TNS customer satisfaction journey.
Your Profile
* Technical bachelor's degree or relevant equivalent experience.
* Degree from a business school or equivalent through experience.
* SPIN Selling, Miller Heiman, PSS, Trusted Advisor Level 3 certifications.
* Minimum of 3 years experience in customer service or technical departments and sales.
* Basic marketing skills for industrial goods in a B2B environment.
* Confidence and dexterity in handling customer inquiries about sales offers.
* Methodical approach and good time management.
* Strong communication skills.
* Willingness to work in a team.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office and internal software tools.
