Automation & Control Engineer
Location: Sant Fruitós de Bages (Barcelona)

At S&You, we are looking for a Control Automation Engineer with experience in programming and commissioning industrial control systems, along with strong team management skills.
Responsibilities
You will lead a team of engineers, ensuring technical objectives are met, maintaining smooth communication between departments, and delivering high-quality projects on time. Your key functions include:
* Programming and Development:
- Design and programming of control systems with Siemens (TIA Portal) and Allen-Bradley (Studio 5000) PLCs, including HMI and SCADA interfaces.
- Oversee offline programming and functional testing locally before commissioning.
- Actively participate in machinery commissioning both on-site and at client facilities.
- Resolve technical issues and facilitate decision-making during project phases.
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date technical documentation for projects under your responsibility.
Requirements
* University degree or higher vocational training in Industrial Automation and Robotics or equivalent.
* 2 to 4 years of experience in programming and commissioning industrial robots.
* High level of English and willingness to travel.
* Ability to work independently and in a team, with analytical and problem-solving skills.
