Company Description

EvoEnzyme is a Spanish biotechnology startup located at the Parque Científico de Madrid (Cantoblanco Campus). Founded as a spin-off from Spanish National Research Council, our team of experts is dedicated to developing customized biocatalysts using advanced Protein Engineering techniques through Directed Evolution for a wide range of industrial applications, primarily in the pharmaceutical, chemical, and environmental sectors.

Job Description

We are looking for a professional to join the EvoEnzyme

team and work directly with the CEO and the Administration Department.

Main Responsibilities

* Invoice management and quarterly VAT closing.
* Executive assistance and support in various administrative tasks.
* Support in supplier management.
* Collaboration in project reporting and justification.
* Support in client management.
* Organization, updating, and follow-up of contacts and databases.

Mandatory Requirements

* Higher Vocational Training Degree (FP Grado Superior) in Administration or equivalent.
* Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position, particularly in invoicing tasks.
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
* Intermediate level of English, as a significant part of the documentation will be in English.
* Discreet, responsible, proactive, and well-organized person with strong teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in companies within the scientific sector.
* Experience working with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
* Experience in the management and justification of research grants and subsidies.

What We Offer

* Full-time permanent contract.
* On-site position with flexible working hours:
* Monday to Thursday: flexible start time between 8:00 and 9:30 a.m. and flexible finish time between 5:15 and 6:45 p.m.
* Friday: 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
