**WHAT CHALLENGE WILL YOU BE TAKING ON?**
In our team your functions will be:
- Face-to-face attention in the logistics office located in Tres Cantos, to the internal customer, warehouse personnel, carriers, etc.
- Management of national and EU courier shipments, internal valise.
- Tracking and incident management
- Document management and record keeping, ensuring traceability of operations
- Review and registration of supplier invoices
- All kinds of administrative tasks related to the activity of the Logistics and Foreign Trade team related.
**WHAT DO WE NEED IN OUR TEAM?**
For this position, we are looking for** technicians or graduates with at least a Higher Level Training Cycle in International Trade, Logistics, Administration, or similar,** with:
- Advanced level of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Access) and good knowledge of ICT in general.
- B2 level of English
