Headquartered in Barcelona, the team combines deep expertise in technology, content, sales, and finance to drive growth across EMEA.Role OverviewJunior Partner Manager – Advertising Partnerships, based in Barcelona, reporting to the Partner Management Director.Key Responsibilities- Support the optimization of ad revenue across the programmatic business.- Assist in managing day‑to‑day relationships with ad sales partners.- Monitor and analyze ad monetization KPIs and surface actionable insights.- Collaborate with internal and external ad operations teams.- Participate in quarterly business reviews and help prepare partner feedback.- Prepare sales collaterals and content updates to better support partner sales efforts.- Monitor campaign performance and investigate root causes of incidents.- Support revenue forecasting activities.Required Skills & Experience- First experience (internship or junior role) in ad sales, ad tech, or digital media.- Understanding of the programmatic ecosystem (DSPs, SSPs, ad servers, etc.).- Strong analytical mindset with an interest in data and performance metrics.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Proactive, detail‑oriented, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.- Fluent in English;
