At Eurofirms Services, we are looking for an
Administrative Support
professional fluent in
Chinese, English, and Spanish
to work in a world-leading multinational company specializing in
information and communication technology (ICT) infrastructure and intelligent devices.
Main responsibilities at reception include:
Assist in the coordination and organization of administrative issues proactively, such as meetings, events, and appointments;
Monitor and maintain office supplies and manage related invoices;
Supervise office operations to ensure efficient workspace functioning and employee well-being;
Handle internal logistics, including device delivery, inventories, and supplies;
Maintain organized records and files for efficient office management;
Act as a pointof contact for internal teams and external partners;
Ensure the smooth functioning of office facilities and equipment;
Support team members with administrative tasks and documentation.
Requirements:
Hold a degree or diploma in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field;
Have 1–3 yearsof experience in office administration or a similar role;
Thrive in a fast-paced environment with a proactive, problem-solving mindset;
High proficiency in English, Spanish, and Chinese;
Ability to manage multiple tasks and proficiency in Microsoft Office;
Work permit inSpain.
