We are expanding and seeking independent Mortgage Advisors with a strong financial background.
Job Responsibilities :
1. Assess clients' financial situations and recommend suitable mortgage solutions.
2. Build relationships with banks to offer a variety of mortgage options.
3. Support clients through the mortgage application process to maximize approval chances.
4. Develop partnerships with local real estate agencies and bank branches.
5. Maintain reports on sales and performance metrics.
6. Stay informed about industry trends, products, and practices.
Professional Development :
Participate in company training, industry events, and obtain relevant certifications to enhance your expertise.
Expectations :
* Fluency in German.
* Ability to work independently with a results-driven mindset.
* Excellent relationship-building skills with clients and financial institutions.
* Commitment to industry knowledge and customer service.
* Residency within the service area is preferred.
Qualifications :
* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
* Advanced financial qualifications are a plus.
* Experience in banking, wealth management, or family office roles.
* Proficiency in English and additional languages is advantageous.
* Strong negotiation skills.
* Proficiency in software tools like Google Suite, Pipedrive, and Salesforce.
