International company in constant expansion is seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief Commercial Officer to lead the retail eCommerce. This role will be pivotal in driving sales growth, optimizing pricing strategies, and managing vendor relationships.
Reporting to the CEO. Their responsibilities are:
* Trading.
* Leadership and Team Management.
* Sales Strategy Development.
* Pricing and Inventory Management.
* Vendor Negotiation and Relationship Management.
* Customer Experience Optimization.
* Performance Analysis and Reporting.
Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
* Sales leadership experience in a large e-commerce retailer, preferably in the pharmacy or parapharmacy sector.
* Proven experience managing and developing high-performing teams: direct management of at least 5 to 10 people for at least 2 years.
* Analytical profile, very comfortable with managing a business's P&L.
* Specific expertise in at least one sales function of the position we offer (pricing, category management, vendor management, inventory management).
* Strong understanding of eCommerce pricing, vendor management, inventory purchasing, and management practices.
* Excellent negotiation skills and a track record of successful vendor relationship management.
* Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive actionable insights.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
* The HQ are in Albacete, and travel to the HQ is required three days a week.
