- Control, update and follow inventories and internal documentation.
- Support cost analysis and basic report drafting.
- Data management and use of Excel to track information.
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure traceability and information flow.
- Organise files, records and operational documentation.
- Support general administrative tasks of the area.
Qualifications
- Basic knowledge of administrative management, inventory or document control.
- Basic Excel skills (or willingness to learn).
- Organised, methodical, attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
- Option to sign an internship agreement with a university or educational centre.

Conditions
- Flexible start time between 08:00 and 10:00 h.
- 30 h a week (Monday to Friday).
