Job Description:
We are seeking a Category Manager - Clinical Trials to join our Purchasing Team. The role involves negotiating rates and terms with suppliers, managing large and complex purchases, resolving supplier incidents, analyzing reports for deviations, and supervising junior staff.
Responsibilities:
* Negotiate with suppliers to secure favorable terms.
* Manage significant purchases impacting products, processes, and budgets.
* Investigate and resolve supplier-related incidents.
* Analyze reports to identify cost deviations.
* File complaints with suppliers when necessary.
* Supervise and guide a junior team member.
Qualifications:
* University Degree in Biosanitary or Finance; MBA is a plus.
* At least 2 years of negotiation experience with vendors in clinical trials (CRO or Sponsor).
* Experience across all trial phases (pre-clinical to phase IV).
* Fluent in English.
* Strong negotiation, communication, analytical skills, teamwork, flexibility, and multitasking abilities.
* Full-time, flexible start time from Monday to Friday.
