Responsibilities:
5. Daily operations of the restaurant
6. Manage and motivate a team
7. Manage restaurant financials and P&L
8. Staff scheduling
9. Maintaining brand standards
10. Ensuring guests are having the ultimate experience
The Ideal Candidate:
11. Service focused personality is essential and previous leadership experience required
12. A passion for Food & Beverage. On trend knowledge. Beverage experience is a plus
13. A strong leader that brings positive energy to the team
