CANDIDATE PROFILE To drive their growth, the company is looking to hire a Senior Commercial Consultant within the Sales Department, reporting directly to the CEO. They expect the following from the candidate:
Execution: Top Senior Consultant and lead the firm experiences and sessions in Spain for multiple verticals, acting as a coach to C‐level members.
Commercial: strategically sell the firm solutions in Spain at the level of General Management, Sales Management, and HR Management.
The ideal candidate should have excellent professional presence, a passion for sales, and a proactive attitude toward challenges. It is essential that they are methodical and structured, with the ability to follow processes and achieve objectives efficiently.
Professional with more than 25 years of total experience, including 6–8 years in management positions.
Stable career history.
Ability to build relationships with high-level executives.
Experience in sales and account development, ideally in consulting or services related to executive training and development.
Ability to adapt to existing methodologies, with a focus on deepening and executing established processes.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES Selling executive development services to companies, with an expected annual sales volume of €200,000–€300,000.
Business Development Identifying new commercial opportunities through market research, trend analysis, and active prospecting to add strategic clients to the portfolio.
Client Management Building strong relationships with identified clients, ensuring continuous follow-up to maximize account potential and guarantee long-term satisfaction.
