Join our HR Services team, supporting over 4,400 employees and managers across 16 European countries. You will work closely with experienced team members and trusted payroll partners to ensure smooth HR and payroll operations. Coordinate with external payroll vendors to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant payroll delivery for Germany.Process monthly payrolls according to company standards.Prepare and validate payroll inputs and outputs.Manage taxes, social charges, pensions, and insurance payments.Resolve payroll issues collaboratively with HR, Finance, IT, and vendors.Ensure compliance with SOX, GDPR, and other data privacy regulations.Maintain payroll procedures and support process improvements.Represent HR Services Germany in projects and train new team members.Develop and deliver HR and payroll training.Build strong relationships with external vendors and internal departments, managing vendor partnerships effectively.Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in HR or Finance preferred, with 6+ years of payroll experience.Fluent in German and English;
additional languages are a plus.Proficient in payroll systems and Microsoft Office.Strong analytical, time management, and customer service skills.Ability to support HR across multiple countries.Committed to confidentiality and data privacy.Personal qualities include problem-solving skills, eagerness to learn about new technologies, and excellent communication skills. Ability to work both independently and within a team is essential.We offer :
