We are looking for a driven Junior Data Analyst that is passionate about understanding businesses and delivering insight to help solve problems. The ideal candidate is a university graduate in an analytical field (such as Engineering or Economics), with at least 2 years of corporate work experience.
As a Junior Data Analyst & Automation Operations you will have four main tasks:
* Manage automation platforms as Data Factory and Power Automate.
* Clean and transform data, calculate useful analysis indicators and build automated reports using PowerBI.
* Integrate data between platforms.
* Carry out ad-hoc and recurring analysis for different projects. This includes writing reports and building presentations for consulting teams as well as clients.

* You are an analytically driven individual - meticulous and inquisitive in your analysis work.
* You are curious about businesses and are motivated to solve problems.
* You are a clear communicator and can explain complex topics to both technical and business teams.
* You are proactive and autonomous when getting work done.
* You understand key marketing and sales business metrics.
* You must be fluent in English and at least one of the following languages: Spanish, Portuguese.
And the hard-skills:
* You know spreadsheets like the palm of your hand;
* You are proficient in building queries in SQL and Python;
* (As a plus) Youhave experience using DAX and building reports in PowerBI.
* (Another plus) You know your way round AI platforms (Cognitive Services and Open AI).
