The ideal candidate will possess a university degree in business with a technical background or in industrial engineering with sales experience.
Experience in a sales role (0.5 - 2 years), preferably outbound sales within a tech environment, with practical skills in technology and familiarity with IT and software solutions.
Knowledge of the Spanish market (Catalonia and throughout Spain).
Enthusiasm for new technologies, openness to learning, and a willingness to explore new topics.
Proficiency in both Spanish and English is required; German language skills are a plus.
Enjoy acquiring new customers, networking, and understanding customer value chains.
Strong management and communication skills are essential.
Willingness to travel as needed for projects, align with organizational values, and demonstrate strong technical selling abilities.
What can you expect?
* Research, identify, and approach key decision-makers in potential client organizations, generating leads for Business Development Managers (BDMs).
* Qualify inbound and outbound prospects and craft compelling value propositions.
* Report to BDMs, and update / manage sales activities, opportunities, and account data in the CRM.
* Consistently meet sales KPIs by addressing prospects' needs and demonstrating INVENSITY's benefits through multiple communication channels.
* Build trust and engagement with prospects, actively listen to their needs, and persuade them effectively.
* Manage leads efficiently to ensure a steady flow of revenue opportunities and maintain high-quality client data in the CRM.
* Collaborate with BDMs to develop and implement acquisition strategies for the assigned area, working efficiently with large prospect volumes.
