Key Responsibilities:
* Influence customers to adopt a proactive mindset towards contact lenses
* Analyze businesses to identify opportunities
* Understand the needs and characteristics of various channels, including independent stores, buying groups, and chains
* Utilize tools such as customer journey mapping, point-of-sale management, and database analysis to develop the contact lens category
* Execute joint business plans (JBP) in key areas
* Build the Misight category and educate eye care professionals (ECPs) on its benefits
* Coverage plan implementation according to customer segmentation
* Foster strong relationships with customers, including ECPs, owners, and sales teams
* Negotiate price increases when necessary
* Add value to the team and contribute as a team member
* Understand CooperVision programs and utilize them effectively
* Complete all reporting and administrative duties
* Maintain minimum knowledge of products, including CooperVision and competitors
