What you will do in this role

As an Account Manager on our team, you will :
* Be responsible for partner pipeline management, detecting new opportunities, and driving successful and profitable deal closures.
* Understand the partner market and competition, and evaluate reseller interest.
* Create partner loyalty and drive partner competencies and certification in BU products.
* Ensure partners are taking advantage of promotions, events & programs.
* Work with partners to drive revenue for BU via campaigns, opportunity identification (and closure), and other methods.
* Detect and provide transparency of qualified opportunities and take actions to close them, supporting partners in closing big deals when necessary.
* Collaborate with telemarketing, end-user sales teams, and other key resources to maximize revenue and customer/partner satisfaction.
* Monitor execution of partner marketing plans, review investments and co-marketing activities, and monitor ROI.
* Attend country partner events to meet key partners (if applicable).
Concentrix is a great match if you :
* Are bilingual or proficient in Swedish and advanced in English.
* Have at least two years of related technical sales experience (preferred).
* Are familiar with channel programs.
* Possess excellent negotiation, management, and communication skills (verbal & written), including telephone and presentation skills.
* Work towards goals using negotiation, teamwork, motivation, and prioritization.
* Demonstrate innovation and good judgment/problem-solving skills.
* Can establish an individual course of action to accomplish goals effectively.
It would be a plus if you :
* Have experience working in a channel environment, with knowledge of partners and distributors.
What's in it for you?
* Full-time 39 hours/week permanent contract: Monday 9:00 to 18:00.
* Salary: €23,000 gross/year + up to €7,200 gross/year in bonus + Private Medical Insurance.
