What you will do:
- Execute lighting and rendering for simple shots, ensuring they match the established visual style and "look" of the production.
- Maintain visual consistency across shots within a sequence, following the lightingkeyshots
- Collaborate closely with the Compositing, FX, and Shading teams to ensure seamless integration of all elements.
- Have close contact with the Lighting Supervisor and the team to ensure good communication.
- Optimizescene and lighting setups to ensure efficient render times without sacrificing artistic quality
What we are looking for?
- Basic knowledge of lighting principles (color theory, composition, and cinematic lighting).
- Understanding of physical light behavior and materials (PBR workflow).
- Knowledge of Maya and industry-standard render engines (e.g., Arnold,Renderman, Mantra).
- Knowledge in Solaris is a plus
- Basic understanding of Nuke for pre-compositing and checking render passes.
- Familiarity with the lighting and rendering pipeline in a feature film environments
- Basic spoken and written English skills
- Ability to interpret concept art and color scripts.
