Join TUI Musement (TUI MM for short) as Supply Manager in Gran Canaria, reporting into the Regional Director of Canary Islands, you will lead a team of offer development, supply management and contracting experts across all the different segments (excursions, tickets, multi-day tours, accommodation, shorex, transfers, etc.) and destinations in your area with the main objective of driving internal change, implementing new functional processes and sustaining outstanding growth of TUI Musement products inventory.

**ABOUT THE JOB**
- Drive growth by building strong relationships with account decision makers
- Build and optimize the supply of pre-existing and new theme park accounts, with a focus on sustainability
- Work closely with commercial team to drive sales in established and growing source markets
- Ensure that the TUI Musement inventory remains competitive, and constantly improving the offerings by evaluating product standards and monitoring performances
- Drive marketing initiatives with insights and constant performance analysis
- Manage integrations needs with partners to enhance customer experience and reduce support needs
- Getting the best offer at the best rates in line with strategy based on strategy agreed with all different channels and stakeholders
- Focus on Intercruises ´requests accomplishing short deadlines
**ABOUT YOU**
- Strong experience in sales or account management, preferably in the tourism industry
- Experience with amusement park/theme park sales, marketing, ticketing
- A strong commercial mindset with proven negotiation skills and a successful record of closing deals and building strategic partnerships
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and to quickly address issues
- Strong analytical, numerical and project management skills
- Comfort with targets and working in key results-driven environment with different priorities
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Solid knowledge of digital tools (e.g., task management tools, CRM, contracting platforms)
- Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English (both written and verbal)
- Good understanding of digital components and new industry standards, with particular regard to API-based connectivity, channel managers, reservation technologies as well as solid knowledge of digital tools (e.g. tasks managements, CRM, contracting platforms)
- Solid destination (Gran Canaria) knowledge
