We are a mission-driven company with global momentum and a bold vision for inclusive innovation.ROLE PURPOSEWe are looking for a dynamic Partner Development Manager to lead the identification, negotiation, and growth of strategic partnerships—both public and private—that expand NaviLens’ global reach. You will be the architect of a robust partner ecosystem that supports the promotion, sale, and deployment of our technology across key verticals such as mobility, retail, public services, and culture.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESDefine and implement a global partner development strategy.Identify high-potential partners:
distributors, integrators, NGOs, accessibility networks, and public entities.Lead full-cycle acquisition:
prospecting, evaluation, negotiation, and onboarding.Program Design & EnablementDevelop scalable partner programs with clear tier structures, commercial terms, onboarding flows, and joint marketing benefits.Ensure programs align with NaviLens’ strategic priorities and adapt to regional needs.Relationship ManagementAct as the primary point of contact for partners, fostering long-term trust and autonomy.Provide ongoing support, training, and performance review mechanisms.Go-to-Market & Sales EnablementCollaborate on co-selling strategies and public/private tender participation.Help partners build compelling proposals and project delivery models.Monitor partner pipelines and performance metrics.Cross-functional CollaborationWork with Sales, Product, Marketing, Legal, Finance, and Deployment teams to ensure partner success.Maintain up-to-date CRM records and track partner KPIs.CANDIDATE PROFILEEducation and ExperienceBachelor’s or Master’s in Business, Engineering, or related field.7+ years in partnerships, channel sales, or business development in tech, accessibility, or public sector environments.Experience launching and managing partner programs at scale.Proven track record working in international contexts with autonomy.SkillsExceptional communication and relationship-building skills.Strategic thinker with strong negotiation capabilities.Fluent in English and Spanish (additional languages are a plus).CRM and data-driven decision-making proficiency.Bonus AttributesPassion for accessibility and inclusive innovation.Knowledge of assistive technologies or regulatory frameworks.Startup or high-growth tech experience.Comfortable in multicultural, multilingual settings.WHAT WE OFFERJoin a company where your work creates real global impact and drives social change.Competitive salary + performance-based bonusVariable compensation tied to KPIs and impact outcomesPrivate health insuranceInternational exposure and travel opportunitiesMental well-being and work-life balance supportPersonal and professional growth in a purpose-led tech companyBe part of a mission to create a more accessible world.
