Develop and manage a training and development plan. - Administer employee files, offers, contracts, and draft required letters. - Act as a change agent to support and align with cultural and organizational needs. - Manage local Data Protection procedures. - Oversee Budget and Compensation Plans. - Manage engagement, develo
