Role:
As (Senior) Media Buyer (Social Media), you will play a key role in our Performance Marketing team, helping to scale volume and performance.
Responsibilities:
* Plan, launch, manage, and scale paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, and other platforms.
* Strategically allocate media budgets (6–7 figures monthly) to meet performance targets (CPA, ROAS, CTR, etc.).
* Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, audiences, and placements.
* Stay updated on trends, platform algorithm changes, and industry best practices.
* Collaborate with departments such as Product Development, Business Intelligence, Adtech, and Creative Design.
* Monitor, measure, and analyze campaign effectiveness; provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
Your Profile:
* Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in media buying, focusing on paid social traffic.
* Proven success managing high-budget performance campaigns.
* Deep knowledge of ad formats, targeting, bidding strategies, and attribution models per platform.
* Proficiency with Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, and analytics tools.
* Strong analytical skills for data interpretation and strategy adjustment.
* Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
* Self-motivated with ownership and accountability.
* Ability to work independently, test new approaches, and learn new topics.
* Excellent skills in social media management and analytics tools.
* Creative with the ability to simplify complex topics.
* Capable of working under pressure and meeting deadlines.
