You’ll have mentors to help you master the pipeline and take your lighting skills to the next level.What you will do:- Execute lighting and rendering for simple shots, ensuring they match the established visual style and "look" of the production.- Maintain visual consistency across shots within a sequence, following the lightingkeyshots- Collaborate closely with the Compositing, FX, and Shading teams to ensure seamless integration of all elements.- Have close contact with the Lighting Supervisor and the team to ensure good communication.- Optimizescene and lighting setups to ensure efficient render times without sacrificing artistic qualityWhat we are looking for?- Basic knowledge of lighting principles (color theory, composition, and cinematic lighting).- Understanding of physical light behavior and materials (PBR workflow).- Knowledge of Maya and industry-standard render engines (e.G., Arnold,Renderman, Mantra).- Knowledge in Solaris is a plus- Basic understanding of Nuke for pre-compositing and checking render passes.- Familiarity with the lighting and rendering pipeline in a feature film environments- Basic spoken and written English skills- Ability to interpret concept art and color scripts.Soft Skills:- Alignment with the company’s core values and culture.- Proactive mentality focused on growth and continuous learning.- Positive attitude and resilience when facing technical challenges.- Strong communication skills and ability to take constructive feedback.
