Alongside, Blue Media Services (BMS) is a customisable AdTech platform that allows users to create and manage high-performance digital ad campaigns with full control, transparency, real-time analytics, and advanced automation.
What are we looking for?
Blue is looking for a Marketing Specialist to execute marketing strategy, campaigns and initiatives for Blue and BMS. You\'ll work closely with the marketing team and cross-functional departments. We expect you to be detail-oriented, organized, and skilled at bringing marketing plans to life across multiple channels to drive brand visibility and engagement.
Responsibilities
- Execute, analyse, and monitor digital marketing campaigns (including SEO, SEM, etc.) and email campaigns.
- Generate leads through email marketing campaigns and events activations.
- Conduct research on competitors, trends, and customer preferences.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) for marketing campaigns, such as website and email performance.
- Create content for social media, websites, blogs, email newsletters, and print materials.
- Social media management: manage social media accounts, including scheduling posts, responding to comments, and analyzing metrics.
- Help organize events, webinars, trade shows, and conferences, and support marketing efforts before, during, and after events.
- Support coordinating logistics for events and promotions (e.g., sending invites, preparing promotional materials, researching events).
Requirements
- Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business or related areas.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role.
- English Fluency: C1 level (proficiency in reading, writing and speaking).
- Experience: Digital marketing, with emphasis on SEO, SEM, content marketing, social media, data analysis, email marketing (e.g. Brevo, Mailchimp), website and landing pages creation (Wordpress).
- Practical experience in managing Google Ads and Meta Ads media campaigns.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Monday.com CRM.
- Basic knowledge of Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), Canva or any design tool will be a plus.
- International educational / professional experience will be a plus (Erasmus, Cultural exchanges).
