About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and business-oriented procurement professional to join our team as an Indirect Procurement, taking ownership of strategic indirect categories with a primary focus on Information Technology (IT), as well as HR, Legal and Professional Services.
This position will play a key role in driving procurement initiatives across the region, partnering closely with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to deliver value, optimize costs and support business priorities through effective sourcing strategies. The successful candidate will combine strong expertise in IT procurement with excellent stakeholder management, negotiation and strategic thinking capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
* Define and implement medium- and long-term category strategies across IT and selected indirect spend categories within EMEA.
* Lead procurement initiatives focused on supplier optimization, value creation and operational efficiency.
* Monitor market trends, supplier capabilities and industry developments to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.
* Manage end-to-end sourcing activities including: Supplier identification and assessment, RFI/RFP/RFQ processes, Commercial evaluations and Contract negotiations.
* Drive competitive sourcing initiatives while ensuring quality, service and business continuity.
* Collaborate with regional and global stakeholders across IT, HR, Finance, Legal and other functions.
* Understand business requirements and translate them into effective procurement solutions.
* Act as a trusted advisor to the business, balancing operational needs with procurement strategy.
* Build strong relationships with key strategic suppliers.
* Monitor supplier performance through KPIs, SLAs and regular business reviews.
* Ensure procurement activities comply with internal policies, contractual standards and regional regulations.
* Contribute to procurement process optimization and best practice adoption across the organization.
Candidate Profile
Experience
* Minimum of 6 years' experience in indirect procurement or strategic sourcing roles.
* Strong background managing IT-related categories such as software, SaaS, telecom, hardware or technology services.
* Experience working in international or regional procurement environments.
* Proven track record in supplier negotiations, contract management and category planning.
* Exposure to additional indirect categories such as HR, Legal or Professional Services is considered a plus.

* Solid understanding of strategic sourcing methodologies and procurement processes.
* Experience managing supplier relationships and procurement projects in complex organizations.
* Strategic and analytical mindset.
* Strong communication and influencing skills.
* Ability to manage multiple stakeholders in matrix environments.
* Agile, proactive and solution-oriented approach.
* Fluent English is required. Additional European languages are valued.
