Overview: The Marketing Manager Coronary portfolio is an important position within the EMEA Marketing Team at Cordis. This individual will develop & execute the EMEA marketing strategy for our Coronary portfolio.**Responsibilities**:- Development and execution of the Coronary portfolio product portfolio strategy- Develops and manages marketing plan for all Coronary portfolio products in EMEA in alignment with Global Marketing and EMEA commercial groups to grow the business and meet/exceed Business Plan forecasts.- Become a product expert on the product lines and work closely with our regional commercial marketing partners across EMEA to drive revenue growth and market share gains.- Ensures product knowledge is effectively transferred to commercial regional groups and field organizations in collaboration with the training department.- Designs and executes new product launch plans, including positioning, marketing mix & promotional aspects for new products in collaboration with regional commercial marketing teams and internal training department to ensure field proficiency during product launches.- Ensures succesful launch plan execution by closely monitoring timelines and metrics for success.- Represent the marketing function on cross-functional new product and new project core teams.- Work closely with R&D; and Integral Marketing to develop next generation products and procedural techniques / workflows to ensure Cordis maximizes the opportunity in the market.- Develop financial models supporting New Product/Business Development Opportunities in EMEA, taking into consideration regional variations & various stages of market maturity.- Collaborate with Market Research Group for all competitive intelligence and competitive information related to the product portfolio.- Manage own budget- Ensures business continuity through demand planning and forecasting activities with supply chain and regional commercial partners.- Serve as a member on the product development core teams interfacing with multiple functions including, R&D;, Clinical & Regulatory, Education & Training and Supply Chain among others.Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in relevant field required.- A minimum of three years of relevant business experience.- Healthcare experience is required and medical device industry experience strongly preferred.- Experience in a sales and/or product marketing role preferred.- Coronary portfolio technology knowledge strongly preferred.- Proven track record of success in strategy development, launch planning, market analysis strongly preferred.- Strong analytical skills.- Strong communication skills (written and verbal).- Strong presentation skills.- Proficient in excel.- Ability to work in a fast paced work environment.- Strategic-minded with superior collaboration skills.- Problem solving and decision-making skills.- Ability to travel 30% domestic and/or international, including weekend travel.Ability to speak english at a very high level and ideally two more EMEA languages.
