Responsibilities
Accelleron, an international turbocharging company that sells both turbocharger spares and maintenance service, has its main hub in Madrid. Reporting to the CMD, you will focus on service and operations execution alongside service coordinators, service engineers and heads of offices in Algeciras, Las Palmas and Oporto. Main responsibilities include:
* Support the Operations team when required.
* Daily Madrid Service Station service and workshop tracking.
* Support Spain and Portugal service needs.
* Strong collaboration with Sales and Finance.
* Regular follow‐up of business topics, including operational KPIs, bearing and pump business, purchase and logistics, 5S and improvement projects, health and safety rules, and facility management.
Background / Qualifications
Service experience is required. Preferred are the following:
* Experienced in workshop and field service handling.
* Strong managerial skills for leading white collar and blue collar teams.
* Excellent communication in Spanish; English required.
* Health and safety mindset; ability to identify and mitigate risks associated with workshop and field activities.
* Knowledge of turbomachinery and/or engines is desired.
* Knowledge of marine engines and/or cogeneration operation is desired.
* Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office.
