You will play a critical role in building and refining our IDP capabilities, leveraging your extensive experience in back-end development, cloud engineering, and stakeholder collaboration to drive success across our organizationLocation : 100% Remote ONLY in SpainDesign, develop, and maintain our internal developer platform, harnessing cloud services (predominantly Azure and AWS) to provide scalable and resilient solutions.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define clear requirements and execute a refined product backlog, ensuring alignment with business goals.Use your mastery of Python and experience with React to create robust back end and UI solutions, prioritising performance and user experience.Leverage tools such as Terraform, ArgoCD, etc. for cloud infrastructure and continuous delivery improvement.Drive continuous improvement in system reliability, observability, and automation within a distributed technology environment.Engage with stakeholders to analyse needs and deliver solutions that meet and exceed service-level expectations.Mastery in back-end development with Python.Proven experience in UI/UX development using React, ideally with Material UI frameworks.In-depth knowledge of Internal Developer Platform architecture, with experience in platforms like Backstage.Practical experience in cloud architecture with a focus on AWS and Azure.Proficiency in cloud infrastructure technologies such as Terraform, ArgoCD, etc.Familiarity with continuous delivery tools, such as ADO Pipelines, and GitHub Actions.Strong understanding of distributed systems with proven performance, scalability, and resiliency expertise.Experience working closely with stakeholders to perform requirements analysis and product backlog definition.Agile delivery experience, including a comprehension of testing approaches like TDD.¿What can we offer?-️ 23 days of Annual Leave plus the 24th and 31st of December as discretionary days!-️ Numerous benefits (Heath Care Plan, Internet Connectivity, Life and Accident Insurances).
