Overview
We’re seeking an all-rounder, highly active person capable of energizing all guests under the motto «Who said vacations and sports are incompatible?» Someone for whom movement and fun go hand in hand. All of this takes place by the beach in the best destinations on the Spanish coast.
Responsibilities
- Organizing directed activities like aerobic, step, aquagym, gap, or zumba.
- Participating in morning activities in the mini-club or sports competitions.
- Promoting activities—the more people participating, the better!
- Maintaining materials and facilities.
- Engaging with guests of all nationalities and ages.
- Obtain positive reviews to improve the online reputation of the establishment.
For all these activities, you’ll have the support of the entertainment manager and the coordinator, who will guide and advise you in your tasks. Alongside them, you’ll ensure that both the hotel and Acttiv’s quality standards are met.
What do we ask for?
Requirements
- Experience as a fitness class instructor (aerobic, step, aquagym, gap, cardio, etc.).
- Languages: Spanish and English (B2). French, Portuguese, Dutch… and any other language is a plus.
- Education: Qualification related to fitness or sports.
- You need to be over 18 years old.
- You need to hold a valid and up-to-date PASSPORT from any EU member country (we will need it to issue your social security number, an ID is not valid).
- A minimum availability of 4 months (from June to September included), although more would be awesome.

- Accommodation: You can use the accommodation offered by the hotel or find your own. If you choose to use it, €172,90 will be deducted monthly from your salary to cover expenses.
- Meals included in the staff canteen.

- Occupational accident insurance and civil liability insurance (during working hours). Social Security.
- 30 (calendar) days of vacation/year worked.
