As a Senior UI/UX Designer, you will:
* Own UI/UX design for hybrid-casual mobile games from concept to production
* Quickly research market trends, competitors, and references
* Create high-quality UI/UX flows, wireframes, mocks, and final visuals
* Build and maintain art bibles and visual guidelines
* Work in parallel on multiple games and styles
* Produce 2D paint-overs on top of 2D and 3D assets (characters, environments, icons, logos, etc.)
* Provide clear, constructive feedback to artists and help raise overall quality
* Mentor and support artists when needed and help manage tasks and art in projects
* Communicate efficiently, think fast, and self-manage priorities in a dynamic environment
Senior UI/UX Designer role requires:
* Excellent UI/UX sensibility for mobile games
* Strong 2D art, composition, color, and visual storytelling
* Ability to adapt quickly to different visual styles
* Fast, efficient execution without sacrificing quality
* Strong communication skills and an ownership mindset
