Our client has created a Digital Hub, with facilities in Sant Cugat del Vallès, that will serve the entire group internationally. Present in more than 60 countries and 5 continents, projects are international and an unique opportunity to work with a large volume of data and campaigns.
We are looking for a Customer Data Platform (CDP) Specialist who will support the operational enablement and technical execution of the Campaign Automation Services team, collaborating with internal stakeholders and external consultants to help deliver, scalable, data-driven campaigns.
What would your duties be?
Support the configuration, integration, and maintenance of the Treasure Data CDP in collaboration with IT and development partners.
Assist in translating business requirements into technical specifications for data ingestion, enrichment, and audience segmentation.
Maintain and update data schemas, pipelines, and segmentation logic as directed by the coordinator.
Coordinate with our Campaign Automation Squad the support on segmentation briefs and campaign targeting.
Facilitate and support the integration of CDP audiences with marketing automation platforms (e.g., SFMC).
Act as a support contact for CDP-related troubleshooting and platform usage questions for Campaign Automation Services
Document platform processes and contribute to knowledge sharing and training materials.
Monitor platform performance and report findings to the coordinator for further action.
Ensure alignment with global rollout plans and operational models defined by the coordinator.
What are the requirements for this position?
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Data Science, Business Administration, or related field.
3+ years of experience in marketing technology, data operations, or campaign support roles.
Familiarity with Customer Data Platforms (Treasure Data preferred or Twilio Segment, Dat Cloud from Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Oracle Unity).
Working knowledge of data integration, ETL, and audience segmentation.
Proficiency in SQL; experience with APIs, HTML, or JavaScript is a plus.
Experience supporting marketing automation tools (e.g., SFMC).
Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional and global teams.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a support capacity.
Fluent in English; able to work across time zones and cultures.
