We are an online gambling company licensed in multiple jurisdictions, operating in a fast-growing, highly regulated industry. We are seeking a talented individual to join our Technical Compliance/IT department to help ensure our technological gaming platform meets all regulatory requirements across multiple markets. As a Technical Compliance Specialist, you will work closely with IT teams, QA, product teams, and operational teams to ensure the company’s platform aligns with all relevant regulations. You will guide the IT team in implementing new features, technical integrations, and product enhancements, ensuring that every change complies with applicable laws and regulatory standards. This role is adecuado for someone with project management experience and a good understanding of technical and operational topics within a highly regulated industry.

Work Mode: Full-time on-site (5 days per week, Monday–Friday) Key Responsibilities:
\n
Support the Head of Technical Compliance in ensuring the gambling platform complies with relevant standards and that regulatory changes are integrated into the project lifecycle.
\n
Facilitate communication and set priorities across teams to ensure project goals are met on time.
\n
Write clear and detailed user stories and requirements for the IT team.
\n
QA validation of newly developed features.
\n
Guide IT teams on implementing new features and integrations while maintaining full regulatory compliance.
\n
Participate in the platform certification process across multiple markets (Spain, Peru, Ireland, etc.).
\n
Draft operational procedures and documentation required for technical audits and certification purposes. Requirements
\n
2-3 years of experience in technical compliance, project management, product coordination or consulting, ideally in iGaming or other highly regulated industries.
\n
Fluent in English and Conversational-level in Spanish required.
\n
Knowledge of Portuguese is a plus. Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with diverse teams.
\n
Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with the ability to interpret legal requirements.
\n
Strong knowledge of the iGaming industry is highly desirable.
