We are expanding our delivery capacity and are looking for a Freelance Recruiter / Talent Partner based in the Canary Islands to collaborate on international search projects.
Your role
As a Freelance Recruiter, you will work on end-to-end recruitment delivery or research-focused assignments, depending on the project. You will collaborate closely with the Director and commercial team, focusing on high-quality candidate identification and assessment.
Key responsibilities
- Candidate sourcing through LinkedIn, databases and direct search
- Screening and in-depth interviews
- Shortlisting and candidate presentation
- Candidate follow-up throughout the process
- Market mapping and talent research
- Close collaboration with Altorecruit's commercial direction
What we are looking for
- Experience as a Recruiter or Researcher (agency or in-house)
- Comfortable working with international and technical profiles
- Strong communication skills
- Structured, reliable and delivery-oriented mindset
- Ability to work autonomously xsgfvud as a freelancer
