Your Role as a Data Product Manager You will operate at the intersection of product management, delivery, and portfolio oversight – owning the lifecycle of data and AI products from definition through to execution. This is not a purely strategic role; you'll shape the roadmap, work closely with engineering teams, and manage stakeholders across a complex enterprise environment.
What You'll Do Define and drive the vision, roadmap, and strategy for data and AI products
Translate complex business processes (manufacturing, energy, operations) into clear product deliverables
Identify opportunities for new products, features, and improvements through stakeholder engagement and analysis
Work closely with engineers, architects, and data teams to deliver scalable solutions on AWS
Oversee delivery of data platforms, pipelines, dashboards, and AI/GenAI use cases (including chatbot-style applications)
Define success metrics and ensure products deliver measurable business value
Manage product backlogs, priorities, and roadmap execution across multiple initiatives
Handle stakeholder alignment, including challenging conversations and conflicting priorities
Resolve delivery blockers across teams to ensure consistent progress
Monitor product performance and iterate based on feedback and usage
What You'll Bring Strong experience as a Data Product Manager or in a similar hybrid product/delivery role
Proven experience working with AWS-based data platforms (data pipelines, analytics, dashboards)
Experience working on AI/GenAI or chatbot-style solutions
Strong understanding of data engineering and analytics concepts
Ability to quickly understand complex business processes and translate them into structured plans
Experience working in large, complex enterprise environments
Strong stakeholder management skills, including handling pushback and driving alignment
Confident, structured, and execution-focused approach to delivery
Experience managing multiple projects concurrently
Familiarity with agile tools and practices (JIRA, backlog management, roadmap planning)
