ASR Trainer & QA Specialist Malaga, Spain WFO We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented professional to serve as a dual-function Trainer and Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist for our Ads Success Representative (ASR) team. This role is essential to the development and ongoing performance excellence of ASRs who support Client Partner pods with pre- and post-sales tasks, campaign management, and customer success functions. You will be responsible for onboarding new ASRs through structured learning programs and continuously monitoring the team’s performance via QA scorecards and coaching sessions. Your efforts will ensure ASRs are proficient in systems like Salesforce, Ads Manager, and Direct IO workflows, and consistently meet SLA, CSAT, and accuracy targets. Key Responsibilities Training (Onboarding & Continuous Education) Develop and deliver a comprehensive onboarding program aligned with Camp’s weekly ramp-up schedule: Week 1: Tools, ad products, and organizational overview Week 2: Ads Manager – Media planning, trafficking, and optimization Week 3: Direct IO – order flow, ticketing, and escalation protocols Week 4-6: Certifications and nesting with Sr. Client Partners Facilitate eLearning sessions, live workshops, product quizzes, and role-play scenarios. Maintain up-to-date documentation, SOPs, training decks, and help guides. Ensure 100% completion of eLearning modules and >90% average scores on quizzes and certifications. Quality Assurance Use the ASR Quality Scorecard to perform weekly QA audits on: Case accuracy Timeliness and completeness of task execution Use of correct templates and naming conventions Campaign setup quality in Ads Manager and Direct IO Communication clarity and adherence to escalation protocols Share QA results with ASRs and managers weekly; drive 1:1 coaching conversations based on findings. Maintain average team QA scores >80% and identify trends for retraining or process improvements. Support internal calibration sessions and partner with client QA leads if applicable. Required Skills & Experience 5 years of experience in ad operations, digital campaign management, or media support roles. 1 year experience in a training, QA, or team coaching role preferred. Strong working knowledge of: Ads Manager and Direct IO (or similar platforms) Salesforce Service Cloud Campaign trafficking and reporting Excellent written and verbal communication skills; consultative and empathetic coaching style.
