What are we looking for?

Blue Marketing is looking for a Sales Coordinator to support the Sales department by streamlining operational tasks and facilitating effective communication between Sales and Account Management. This role helps ensure a smooth transition from signed campaigns to activation and works closely with internal teams and clients throughout the implementation process. Key responsibilities include system setup, client onboarding communications, monitoring affiliate platforms, and maintaining internal dashboards.

Responsibilities

- Coordinate end-to-end campaign onboarding, serving as the main point of communication between clients and internal teams until activation.
- Monitor affiliate platforms for updates including new notifications, offers, creatives, and feeds, and take timely and appropriate action.
- Maintain, organize, and update Monday.com dashboards used for planning, tracking, and reporting.
- Provide operational support to the Sales team to improve workflow efficiency and cross-team communication.
- Ensure accurate and timely information flow between Sales and Account Managers.

Requirements

- Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate clearly with clients and internal teams.
- English proficiency.
- High sense of ownership and initiative with the ability to manage tasks independently. Our Sales Coordinator must feel comfortable handling multiple tasks at once.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with CRMs, affiliate platforms, and collaboration tools such as Slack.
- Sales‑minded mindset and understanding of basic sales flow.
