Omega CRM Consulting is looking for a Business Analyst / Project Manager to collaborate with one of the top 15 global pharmaceutical companies.
Responsibilities:
Optimize service operations processes and support systems to reduce operational workload, enhance reporting/forecasting transparency, and track SLAs.
Manage project scope, timelines, and communications as a project manager.
Work with service owners, product owners, and delivery teams to identify requirements and ensure project objectives are met as a business analyst.
Manage operational tasks for the Service Ops Platforms.
Support day-to-day operations of the Service Ops Platforms.
Assist in onboarding and training for Production Partners.
Experience:
Experience in Project Management and Business Analyst roles within the IT sector.
Knowledge of service operations processes, including global, customer-centric scenarios, process mapping, and requirements gathering.
Experience with service operation tools such as JIRA and ServiceNow.
Experience working in SCRUM environments.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience with LMS platforms is a plus.
