Key responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies, marketing campaigns, B2B online marketing
- Be in contact with the excursions providers and TTOO to check and renegotiate offers
- Sales settlement with TTOO and collaborators.
- Contracting of new product of activities and excursions
- Manage client complaint with the TTOO and other internal departments
- Design and elaboration of the excursion program in Tenerife.
- Manage the special requests of the TTOO and collaborators and coordinate these needs internally.
- Set up and follow up with sales and battle field reports/statistics.
- Excursions department basic tasks to understand the operation and clients processes.
- Group Management
- Minimum 2 years experience in a similar position
- Degree in tourism or similar
- Extensive knowledge of the product of activities and excursions in Tenerife.
- Ability to build strong relationships with key accounts and Business Partners
- Excellent communications and negotiation skills between providers/clients.
- Extensive knowledge of Tenerife geography and excursions programs is a must
- Self-motivate and manage multiple tasks.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- In high season, availability to work from Monday to Saturday midday.
- High level of English and Spanish required, other languages are a plus.
