YOUR ROLE
Receive
damage
and
breakdown reports
from customers via phone.Independently
coordinate
necessary measures (e.G. towing services).Organize
replacement vehicles.Forward
breakdown cases
to the manufacturer within the mobility program.Assist
customers with questions related to breakdowns and mobility services.
YOUR SKILLS
Fluency in both
German and English, with excellent communication skillsStrong
passion for customer service, with enjoyment in providing support and solutions to clientsAt least
1 year of experience
in a customer-facing or service-oriented roleFamiliarity with
MS Office tools
and ease in working with digital systemsProven
ability to thrive in a remote work environment, with availability for rotating shifts from Monday to SundayProactive and solution-oriented approach, with a consistent focus on delivering the best possible customer experience
