Would you like to continue your development as a Cooling Service and Commissioning Engineer in a multinational French company that specializes in energy management and automation?
The Cooling Service Representative is responsible for providing professional on-site services for cooling products produced by the company to its customers, including commissioning, technical analysis, and issue resolution.
The role primarily focuses on complex & critical projects, including troubleshooting & on-site support for Cooling Equipment & Systems (air cooling, air- or water-cooled chillers, CRAC/CRAH units).
Core activities include:
* Perform Startup & Commissioning on all equipment across the cooling product range.
* Evaluate unit installation (e.g., pipe quality, hydraulic circuits).
* Assess system installation & operational conditions.
* Perform onsite adjustments to optimize unit performance.
* Identify if failures are related to quality, software, or operational issues (Root Cause Analysis).
* Document, label, and return defective parts for repair or disposal.
* Perform preventive & corrective maintenance for cooling systems.
Requirements:
* Diploma/bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or equivalent.
* At least 5 years of commissioning or field service repair experience with HVAC or cooling equipment (air cooling, chillers).
* Experience with precision cooling is a plus.
* Experience with HVAC, generators, fire detection/suppression.
* Mandatory: fluent in English (B2+ level minimum).
* Proficiency with AutoCAD, MS Office, Acrobat.
* Willing to travel internationally 70% of the time.
