About the Role
We are looking for a Junior Paid Social Manager with a strong analytical mindset and a performance-driven approach to join our growing digital team.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing, optimizing, and analyzing paid media campaigns across multiple platforms, contributing directly to business growth and lead generation performance.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage end-to-end Paid Social campaigns, primarily on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and LinkedIn
* Support campaign execution across Google Ads (Search, Demand Gen, Performance Max, YouTube)
* Create and optimize ads (copy, targeting, and creatives)
* Run A/B tests to continuously improve campaign performance
* Monitor and optimize campaigns on a daily basis to achieve KPIs
* Analyze campaign data and prepare performance reports
* Optimize the full funnel: traffic → leads → conversions
* Manage organic social media channels and execute content strategies
* Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure campaign success
