**Position Description**:

**Your future duties and responsibilities**:
- MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Use standard tools and procedures to carry out the established service deliveries and maintenance tasks;
- Coordinate the delivery of services in cooperation with other level-two service groups (security, telecommunications, Virtualization, System Administrator), level-three technical specialists and external suppliers;
- Respond to clients’ requests based on contractual conditions;
- Manage client communication;
- Follow ITSM ITIL processes for managing incidents, questions and requests for changes;
- Ensure the development and update of procedures and documentation;
- Implement solutions, modifications and installations, and perform maintenance;
- Prepare reports for clients based on their needs;
- Follow up and control the performance and status of a specific IT element;
- Create, suspend and delete security accounts on the servers;
- Oversee routine tests and analyses of a specific IT element;
- Install, configure and manage various database tools;
- Maintain and develop scripts using UNIX shells and Windows PowerShell;
- Use software tools and material to diagnose and solve issues/outages;
- Resolve problems in compliance with the established procedures;

- REQUIREMENTS:
- Good knowledge and experience of- DB2 on various OS and platforms
- DB2 UDB V10,V11
- Commvault, Netbackup
- Cyberark
- Patch deployment
- MySQL, Mongo, PostgreSQL
