We are looking for a versatile, organized, highly energetic and leadership-oriented individual to join our entertainment team as the assistant manager. You’ll be responsible for providing daily organizational support to the team, working closely with the head of entertainment and the area coordinator.
Responsibilities
Together with the head of entertainment put on the programme of daytime and evening activities.
Organise the schedules of the entertainers in the absence of the entertainment manager.
Report information on entertainment activities to Acttiv.
Meet the quality standards of both the hotel and Acttiv.
Be aware of the needs of your team’s entertainers.
Attend and receive training provided by the company.
Train and evaluate your team together with the entertainment manager.
Take over the position of the manager when he/she is absent, e.G. on holiday.
Obtain positive reviews to improve the online reputation of the establishment.
In addition to some organisational tasks, you will also participate in activities, shows and interact directly with the guests.
Qualifications
Previous experience of at least three seasons as an entertainer.
Excellent level of Spanish and English. Any other language, such as German, is also welcome.
Valued education (but not essential): studies related to tourist entertainment or tourism.
Experience with Office tools such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.
Availability of at least 6 months from your start date.

Benefits and Conditions
Accommodation: you can use the accommodation offered by the hotel or find your own accommodation. If you decide to use it, €178.26 net per month will be deducted from your salary to pay expenses.
Meals included in the staff canteen.
1.5 days off per week.
Acttiv Contract: Permanent seasonal.
Mutual insurance for accidents at work and civil liability insurance (during working hours).
Social Security.
