We invest in them through global opportunities, cross-border exposure, and continuous learning, because growing a better business starts with growing our people. /ppHere, your career feeds something meaningful for the planet, people, and generations to come. /ppbr/ppWe’re looking for a dynamic IT professional with a passion for technology and diverse interests to help drive our expanding operations throughout Europe. /ppBased in our Madrid office, you will be the primary IT support contact for our Spain and other assigned European offices, working closely with the Singapore and Central IT team to ensure seamless end-user support, system reliability, and IT compliance. /ppbr/ppbResponsibilities /b /pulliServe as the primary contact for troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues for Spain and other European offices via remote support /liliManage IT managed service vendor for the Netherlands office /liliProvide remote IT support for US and LATAM offices during the first half of US morning hours /liliCollaborate with Singapore IT team on end-user support, IT infrastructure setup, system availability, security compliance, and standardization /liliManage and maintain IT infrastructure: hardware, software, networks, firewalls, Wi-Fi, VPN, NAS, video conferencing (Teams/Zoom), VOIP phones, printers, and scanners /liliProvide training on new software, systems, and IT best practices; support onboarding with IT orientation /liliAssist in IT projects, security policies, system guidelines, and compliance processes /liliParticipate in IT audits and help standardize setups and processes across offices /liliSet up, install, configure, maintain, and upgrade IT equipment for new employees /liliLog service requests and update tickets as required /liliMaintain and update IT asset inventory and tagging of equipment /liliProvide audio-visual support for Teams meetings and townhalls /liliEscalate and report IT incidents to Singapore or Central IT teams as needed /liliManage physical card/facial door access and CCTV systems in the office /liliPartner with business stakeholders and external vendors to implement IT policies, solutions, and service delivery /li /ulpbr/ppbRequirements /b /pulliDiploma or Degree in Information Technology or a related field /lili2+ years of experience in an IT end-user support role /liliExperience with video conferencing systems (e.g., Logitech) is a plus /liliProficient in Microsoft Windows 10/11 OS, Office 365, Online SharePoint and Teams /liliAbility to analyze technical issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions /liliStrong troubleshooting skills for PC hardware/software and application support /liliKnowledge of networking (firewalls, routers, switches, VPN and Wi-Fi) /liliFamiliarity with IT and cybersecurity best practices /liliExperience with video conferencing systems (e.g., Logitech) is a plus /liliFluent in English, both written and spoken /liliProactive, independent, and solution oriented /liliComfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment /li /ulpbr/ppbWe Offer /b /pulliAn entrepreneurial and international environment where developing opportunities for growth is valued /liliA competitive compensation plan with pension contribution by the employee /liliFlexibility on working hours /liliLocal and global training development opportunities /liliCompany outings, Christmas dinner! /liliLife Insurance /liliHealth Insurance /liliRetirement Plan /liliTransport Season Ticket/Parking /li /ulpbr/ppPlease note that we often incorporate an assessment and reference checks in our selection procedures. /ppbr/ppGolden Agri-Resources is an equal opportunity employer committed to building a diverse and inclusive workplace.
