The Global Instructional Designer is responsible for designing and developing engaging, effective, and scalable digital learning experiences aligned with HBX Group’s strategic priorities. This role combines instructional design expertise, collaboration with stakeholders and elearning development to create bespoke learning content that enhances employee development and business performance.Key ResponsibilitiesLearning Design & DevelopmentDesign and develop digital learning content including e-learning modules, videos, infographics, and animations.Continuously embracing innovation and creativity to enhance the learner experience.Develop blended learning experiences for programs such as onboarding, performance management, legal & compliance, and theUni initiatives.Produce storyboards, scripts, and proposals that align with learning objectives and user needs.Partner with subject matter experts (SMEs) to ensure content accuracy and relevance.Upskill SMEs in rapid authoring tools and provide guidance on learner-centric design.Offer feedback and support to encourage interactive, reflective, and accessible learning experiences.Project & Stakeholder ManagementApply project management principles to plan, organize, and deliver learning solutions on time.Manage multiple projects and priorities across global teams and stakeholders.Collaborate with learning business partners and Subject Matter Experts to align learning initiatives with business goals.Design assessments (quizzes, knowledge checks) to measure learning effectiveness.Continuously research and apply best practices in instructional design and learning technologies.Support the adoption of new tools and innovations in digital learning.Instructional design and multimedia developmentGraphic design and visual storytellingProject and stakeholder managementAnalytical thinking and attention to detailInnovation and pragmatic problem-solvingStrong communication and collaboration skillsSelf-motivation, adaptability, and resilienceExperience & QualificationsProven experience in instructional design and digital content creationProficiency in authoring tools (e.G., Articulate, Rise) and multimedia softwareExperience working in multinational, multilingual environmentsFluent in English (written and spoken)At HBX Group, we believe that diversity drives innovation and makes travel a force for good.
