Corus is looking for a Business Analyst to join our team and participate in international projects.
Location: Remote from Spain.
As a Business Analyst your main responsibilities will involve:
* Analyze ECM business requirements and translate them into functional and technical solution specifications
* Stakeholder management and interaction with key users to understand business needs
* Support and lead the implementation of new initiatives and projects related to content management
* Develop and support content management solutions and workflows using ECM tools
* Perform impact analysis of application and data source changes, holding an end-to-end view of the system
* Continuously improve existing ECM processes and services
* Provide end-user support/training for global content management needs
* Ensure compliance, governance, and data quality related to content management
Your Skills and Experience
As a Business Analyst your skills and qualifications will ideally include:
* 3+ years of relevant work experience in content management or related fields
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field
* Good knowledge of content management systems and processes
* Understanding of ECM tools and technologies
* Business Analyst skills (e.g. analytical skills, requirement gathering & engineering)
* Proven ability to work in a multi-cultural environment
* Strong communication skills in written and spoken English
* Highly organized with good attention to detail
* Relevant working experience in IT content management is a big plus
Technical Skills:
* Proven experience with ECM tools (e.g. FileNet, SharePoint, OpenText, Documentum)
* End user experience with databases and data interfaces
* Experience with workflow automation and document management systems is a plus
