What will you do?
We are seeking a Data & Analytics Program Manager to lead the technical aspects of the IDS Next transformation program for E2E DCR. The new data platform demands deep expertise and strong technical knowledge.
Job Overview : As a Program Manager, you will plan, execute, and close data projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing resources, timelines, and budgets to ensure project success aligned with business objectives and stakeholder expectations.
Key Responsibilities :
* Lead and manage the program from conception to completion, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
* Develop and maintain detailed program plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
* Coordinate with data analysts, data engineers, and stakeholders to define project scope, requirements, and deliverables.
* Monitor project progress and performance, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
* Facilitate effective communication between teams and stakeholders, providing regular updates.
* Ensure compliance with data governance and standards during project execution.
* Foster a collaborative team environment, encouraging knowledge sharing and best practices.
* Conduct post-project evaluations to identify successes and areas for improvement.
What qualifications will make you successful for this role?
* Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related fields.
* 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in data-related projects.
* Strong understanding of data management concepts, tools, and analytics processes.
* Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
* Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
* Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana) and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
Preferred Skills :
* Project Management Professional (PMP) or Agile certification.
* Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and analytics platforms.
* Experience with data governance and compliance frameworks.
